flatmate solutions is a shared accommodation search service for people seeking a flat and for flats advertising for a flatmate. As such flatmate solutions accepts no responsibility for the timing of communications and/or the delivery or non-delivery of information.

Limited Liability

flatmate solutions takes no responsibility for the accuracy of profiles or the actions and conduct of our members or other individuals. We will not be held responsible for members that have registered under false pretences or any attempts to mislead other members. We shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential or exemplary damages, including but not limited to breach of contract, breach of privacy, breach of confidentiality, discrimination in any form or any other action or other intangible losses that result from our service or the inability to access our service.

Member Obligations

As a member of flatmate solutions you agree to the following:

• You are genuinely seeking a flat or flatmate and your profile has been listed in good faith.
• You will list profiles truthfully and with complete and accurate personal information and will maintain your profile to keep it up to date, timely and complete at all times.
• It is your sole responsibility to obtain satisfactory references of potential flatmates and to verify those details.
• You will not register under multiple profiles, identities or personas.
• You will not damage or attempt to damage or harm the flatmate solutions website or services.

Removal and Termination of Listings

flatmate solutions reserves the right to remove any listings or profiles that it deems inappropriate, unsuitable or contains content which is offensive, illegal or that might violate the rights, harm or threaten the safety of other members and/or is in breach of the terms and conditions.

Your profile will be removed from our active database after your membership expires and you choose not to renew your membership or at such time that you deactivate your profile and remove it from view.

flatmate solutions reserves the right to terminate your membership at any time without notice should your behaviour be deemed to be inappropriate or if complaints are made about you.

All communications conducted with other members are entirely at your own risk - we recommend that you proceed with caution in all communications until you are comfortable about giving further personal information and details.
